New Review – ONE NIGHT: UNVEILED by Jodi Ellen Malpas

The concluding part to the story of Miller Hart and Olivia Taylor has arrived, and you’re not going to want to miss it!

A life without secrets and a passion without end . . .The story of Livy and M’s passionate love affair comes to a stunning conclusion in the final book in the One Night trilogy!

Livy has never known pure desire like this. The gorgeous Miller Hart captivates her, seduces her, and worships her in deliciously sinful ways. He knows her innermost thoughts, drawing her ever deeper into his dangerous world.

Miller will do anything to keep Livy safe, even if it means risking his own life. But his dark history isn’t the only thing that threatens their future together. As the truth of Livy’s family legacy unravels, an unsettling parallel between past and present comes to light. Her world spinning out of control, Livy finds herself caught between the rapture of an all-consuming love-and a deadly obsession that could destroy them both . . .

The third and final part of the One Night series by Jodi Ellen Malpas has been released, and what an end to the series it was! One Night: Unveiled was everything I was hoping for, and is without a doubt my favourite.

The book started off well, continuing where we left off in Denied, and much like the previous two books, it was good, but it wasn’t amazing. Fast forward 20% everything picked up for me! From then on, I didn’t put my kindle down once, and it was the first time I’ve been truly invested in Miller and Livy’s story.

It was thrilling, it was sexy, I was on the edge of my seat, and couldn’t read fast enough! I devoured it!! I gasped, numerous times! There were some great twists that added drama, but also some that put a huge grin on my face.

The epilogue…I’ll be honest (as always), I didn’t love it. Technically, the way it ended was perfect, in that that’s how I love my books to end, but there was one specific thing in that last little storyline that just didn’t work for me, and that’s it. (One non-spoiler word for if you’ve read it – socks!) other than that, it was a really, really great book, and I’m so glad that the author pulled off a strong conclusion.

It looks like Jodi Ellen Malpas certainly saved the best for last. After an unsure start, the One Night series ends on a high. Bravo!
